Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RejectRadar (the "Service"). By creating an account, submitting a package, or paying for an audit, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
1. The Service
RejectRadar provides human consulting on App Store (and, where offered, other store) submission readiness — marketed as Launch Approval Shield / Pre-Flight audits. Deliverables are advisory reports: findings, risk notes, and recommended fixes. We do not submit apps to Apple or Google on your behalf unless separately agreed in writing.
RejectRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. A report does not guarantee store approval. See our Disclaimer.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, violate these Terms, or pose security or legal risk.
3. Plans and pricing
Current public plans (EUR) include:
- Essential Flight — one-time audit for simple apps (no accounts / no paywalls), as described on the pricing page
- Deep Flight — one-time deeper audit for apps with accounts, IAPs, UGC, or similar complexity
- Sprint / Studio Retainers — monthly subscriptions with a set number of Deep Flight audits and the benefits listed at purchase
If your app has a paywall, user logins, or user-generated content, you must select Deep Flight or an agency retainer — not Essential Flight. Prices and value stacks shown on the site are offers for standard architectures.
Fair use: The Deep Flight audit covers standard app architectures (up to 20 core screens). For massive enterprise platforms, MMORPGs, or extensive multi-role marketplace apps, we will provide a custom Enterprise Audit quote.
4. Your submissions and license
To perform an audit you must provide a complete package, including at minimum:
- Accurate App Store Connect–style metadata
- A working public TestFlight (or equivalent) link we can install
- Demo credentials and MFA bypass instructions when the app requires sign-in
- App Review contact details and any notes Apple would need
You grant RejectRadar a limited, non-exclusive license to access, install, and use your TestFlight build, credentials, and uploaded assets solely to perform the purchased review and related support (including First-Pass Guarantee re-audits). You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that sharing demo credentials does not violate third-party terms or law.
Incomplete packages, broken TestFlight links, or blocked logins pause turnaround until you fix access. We may close or refund (at our discretion) jobs we cannot start within a reasonable time due to missing access.
5. Turnaround
Target turnaround is 24 hours from successful payment for a complete, installable package, excluding weekends/holidays we designate, force majeure, Stripe payment delays, and time waiting on you for access or clarifications. Turnaround is a service target, not a contractual penalty clock unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
6. First-Pass Guarantee
If our audit gives your app the green light, and Apple or Google rejects your build for an issue covered in our checklist, we will refund 100% of your fee AND re-audit your revised build for free.
The guarantee applies only when all of the following are true:
- We marked the audited build as green-light / ready for the covered checklist items
- The same binary (or equivalent build without material new features) is rejected by Apple or Google for an issue covered on our checklist for that plan
- You notify us with rejection evidence within a reasonable time (generally 30 days of the store rejection)
The guarantee does not cover:
- Issues outside the checklist for your purchased plan
- Incomplete packages or inaccurate information you provided
- Features, SDKs, or metadata added or changed after our report
- Policy or guideline changes announced after delivery
- Business, legal, trademark, or content disputes unrelated to our findings
- Enterprise / custom-quote engagements with different written terms
7. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Fees are charged in EUR via Stripe. One-time plans are charged at checkout. Retainers renew monthly until cancelled through the Stripe Customer Portal (or as otherwise provided).
Outside the First-Pass Guarantee, fees are non-refundable once review work has started, except where required by law or if we fail to deliver a signed-off report due to our fault. Unused retainer audits may roll over only as stated in the plan description at purchase; rollover is not unlimited and may expire if the subscription is cancelled.
You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the payment method on file for renewals and eligible re-audits. Failed payments may pause service.
8. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Submit malware, or use the Service to harm third parties
- Share access credentials for apps you do not control
- Attempt to probe, overload, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law
- Resell our raw reports as Apple certification or an official Apple partnership
- Misrepresent RejectRadar as affiliated with Apple or Google
9. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, checklists, and our report templates remain our property. You retain ownership of your app and materials. You receive a license to use the delivered report for your internal compliance and client communication (including agency white-label use where included in your plan).
10. Confidentiality
We treat your non-public package materials and demo credentials as confidential and use them only to perform the Service. You agree not to disclose non-public details of our internal checklists beyond what appears in your report, except as needed with your team or clients.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT FOLLOWING OUR ADVICE WILL RESULT IN STORE APPROVAL.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REJECTRADAR'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC AUDIT (OR ONE MONTH OF RETAINER FEES) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST PROFITS DAMAGES, OR FOR APPLE/GOOGLE REJECTION DECISIONS, LOST LAUNCH WINDOWS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING THE FIRST-PASS GUARANTEE REFUND COMMITMENT).
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold RejectRadar harmless from claims arising out of your app, content, credentials, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel retainers via the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid retainers will apply from the next billing period where required.
