FAQ

Straight answers about Pre-Flight audits, pricing, and the First-Pass Guarantee.

What is RejectRadar?
RejectRadar is human App Store submission consulting — a Launch Approval Shield before you wait on Apple. You submit an App Store Connect–style package and a public TestFlight link; our checkers review your build and send a prioritized report with a 24-hour target. Consulting only — not affiliated with Apple, and not a blanket promise of approval.
Why can an App Store submission be rejected even when the app works?
Apple reviews more than whether the app launches. The submitted metadata, screenshots, privacy disclosures, account deletion, subscriptions, purchase restoration, support links, reviewer access, and the behavior of the build must agree. A reviewer also encounters the app without your team's product knowledge, so unclear instructions or blocked access can make a working feature appear unavailable.
Can RejectRadar make Apple review my app faster?
No. We cannot influence Apple's queue or decision. We help you avoid preventable fix-and-resubmit cycles by finding risks before submission. Apple controls its own review timing and final outcome.
Essential Flight vs Deep Flight — which do I need?
Essential Flight (€49) is for simple utilities with no accounts and no paywalls: metadata, crash-on-launch, broken links, screenshot accuracy.

Deep Flight (€149) is required if your app has a paywall, user logins, or user-generated content. It adds account deletion, Guideline 3.1 paywall checks, offline/edge cases, and screen-recording bug logs.
What are the agency retainers?
Sprint (€449/mo) includes 4 Deep Flight audits, white-label PDFs, and rollover of unused audits.

Studio (€899/mo) includes 10 Deep Flights, priority Slack/Discord with the testing team, and rejection-recovery teardowns for already-rejected client apps.
What is the First-Pass Guarantee?
If our audit gives your app the green light, and Apple or Google rejects your build for an issue covered in our checklist, we will refund 100% of your fee AND re-audit your revised build for free. Issues outside our checklist, incomplete packages, features added after the report, or policy changes announced after delivery are not covered. See Terms.
How fast do I get a report?
Target SLA is 24 hours from payment for a complete package (public TestFlight + required metadata and demo access when the app has sign-in). Incomplete packages pause the clock until we can install and test.
What do I need to provide?
The same details you prepare for App Store Connect (listing, privacy, age rating, monetization), a public TestFlight link, App Review contact info, and demo credentials if the app has sign-in (MFA must be bypassable for reviewers). You can save apps under My Apps after you log in.
Do you need my source code or App Store Connect password?
No. We review the installable TestFlight build and the submission information you provide. We do not need your source repository, signing certificates, Apple ID password, or full App Store Connect account access.
What is included in the final report?
You receive a prioritized report that separates blockers, likely rejection risks, lower-level risks, and informational notes. Findings include the observed evidence and a recommended fix so your product or development team knows what to change first. Deep Flight also includes its expanded compliance checks and screen-recording bug logs where applicable.
Do you submit the app to Apple for me?
No. RejectRadar is a pre-submission consulting service. Your team keeps control of App Store Connect and submits the final build. We provide the findings and recommended fixes you can use before pressing Submit for Review.
What happens after I pay?
Your package enters the review workflow. A human checker receives the TestFlight build, submission details, and checklist for your chosen plan. You can follow the job from Reviews, and the completed report is delivered to your account and email.
Do you guarantee App Store approval?
No. We improve your odds with concrete findings and the First-Pass Guarantee for checklist-covered misses after a green light. Apple's review is independent; we are not affiliated with Apple.
What if my app is huge (enterprise / marketplace / MMORPG)?
The Deep Flight audit covers standard app architectures (up to 20 core screens). For massive enterprise platforms, MMORPGs, or extensive multi-role marketplace apps, we will provide a custom Enterprise Audit quote.
Is this AI or a real person?
A human checker installs your TestFlight build and signs off the report. Automation only drafts assist notes for the reviewer — customers are never sold an AI-only device pass.
How are my TestFlight link and demo credentials protected?
Access is limited to the review workflow and authorized human reviewers. Demo credentials are encrypted at rest and wiped after report delivery. Do not send your personal Apple ID, production administrator credentials, or secrets that are not required to test the app. Review our Privacy Policy for the full data-handling terms.
Can you review an app update, not just a first launch?
Yes. You can use a Pre-Flight for a new app, a significant update, or a revised build. Provide the exact TestFlight build and metadata intended for that submission so the report reflects what Apple will receive.
What if my package is incomplete or the build cannot be tested?
The 24-hour target begins when payment and a complete, testable package are available. If the TestFlight link is unavailable, login is blocked, required metadata is missing, or the build cannot be installed, the review pauses until you provide working access.
Can agencies white-label the PDF?
Yes on Sprint and Studio retainers. Client-ready PDFs are designed so you can present them under your agency brand as thorough pre-submission QA.
How do payments work?
After you submit your package and pick Essential, Deep, or an agency retainer, you pay via Stripe Checkout (card). One-time audits charge once; Sprint/Studio are monthly subscriptions. You get a confirmation screen and your audit queues within minutes.
How do I manage cards and invoices?
Log in → Billing → Manage payment methods. That opens the Stripe Customer Portal for cards, invoices, and retainer changes.
Do you review Android / Google Play?
The First-Pass Guarantee language covers Apple or Google when the issue is on our checklist, but the current product focus is iOS / App Store Connect + TestFlight. Ask us if you need a Play-focused pass.
